This engaging training introduces participants to the principles of Gestalt therapy through the lens of imagination, creativity, and experiential learning. Play therapy is central to this process, providing a powerful medium for children to express and explore their inner world.

The therapeutic steps involved in helping children build a stronger sense of self and improve their ability to connect with others and their environment, will be explored. Through the Oaklander Model, play therapy becomes a transformative tool for fostering emotional literacy and expression using materials children naturally enjoy.

Concepts in treatment planning and gain hands-on experience with techniques designed to strengthen a child’s contact functions are enhanced through interactive play therapy experiences that promote awareness, choice, and personal agency.
