Play Therapy for the Therapist
Play Therapy for the Therapist
A day for self renewal and reflection
All therapists need to take time away for self-care. In the beautiful mountain setting of Aspen Grove, the UAPT Board of Directors has planned a day of play just for this purpose. The day will be filled with play therapy techniques designed to renew your spirit and support self-reflection for you as a therapist. You will learn different interventions while at the same time experience the power of engagement. Activities include: mindfulness, thera-pictionary, vision board, music and movement, outdoor play, and many others.
